Call
Aircraft Company (CallAir) was established in 1939 by the Call
family of Afton, Wyoming to build simple utility aircraft for
farmers and ranchers. The company designed several low-wing,
monoplane cabin aircraft and derivative agricultural aircraft.
Between 1959 and 1962, the company failed. Intermountain
Manufacturing Co. (IMCO) was formed to purchase the assets of
CallAir. IMCO was in turn acquired by Aero
Commander in 1966. |
