F117 is the military version of the commercial PW2000.
On the C-17 Globemaster III, the F117 is equipped with directed-flow
thrust reversers that can be deployed in flight.
The PW2000 was designed for the Boeing 757, is one
of the world's leading midrange thrust engines and certified in
1983.
