Rolls-Royce Deutschland (formerly BMW Rolls-Royce) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce plc and is responsible for engines in the 14,000 to 23,000 lb (62 - 102 kN) thrust class.
 
History
 
1990: BMW and Rolls-Royce form a partnership to develop engines in the 15,000 lb thrust class.  The partnership is named BMW Rolls-Royce.

1999: BMW Rolls-Royce is renamed Rolls-Royce Deutschland.

2000: Rolls-Royce Deutschland becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce.
