The
Isotov TV3 series of turboshaft engines was developed from the TV2
series. The TV3 was introduced around 1970 and is used to
power Kamov and Mil
helicopters.
Together, 39,000 TV2 and TV3 engines have been produced...more than any other helicopter
engine.
