Interstate S-1 Cadet

In 1940, Interstate Aircraft developed the S-1 Cadet tandem cabin monoplane for the Civilian Pilot Training Program.  The U.S. Army also ordered 250 modified S-1s, designated the L-6, for liaison duties.
