The STOL
Aircraft Corp. was formed by Mr. Joseph Gigiante in Norwood,
Massachusetts to convert Republic RC-3 Seabee aircraft to a
twin-engine format. I have not been able to find Incorporation
or dissolution dates. The first "new" serial number
assigned to a UC-1 was in 1967 and the last in 1987. |
