Douglas B-23/UC-67 Dragon

The B-23 was designed by Douglas as an improved B-18 Bolo.  First flown in 1939, it was much faster than the B-18; however, only 38 were built as it was outclassed by more modern bombers such as the North American B-25 and Martin B-26.  The B-23 was the first American bomber with a tail gun.

Some Dragons were used as transports and redesignated as the UC-67.
