Aichi
Tokei Denki Kabushiki Kaisha was originally established in 1899
as a manufacturer of electrical equipment and watches.
In order to gain aircraft industry experience,
Aichi established a working relationship with Heinkel in 1931.
Aichi's most famous aircraft was the D3A carrier
bomber. The D3A earned a formidable reputation during the
early years of World War II. |
