Glasair created the first pre-molded composite kitplane and
remains on the leading edge of homebuilt aviation. The company
is one of the largest kitplane manufacturers in the world
History
1979: Tom Hamilton begins flight testing
the Glasair TD. Stoddard- Hamilton is formed.
1986: S-H becomes an employee owned
company.
2001: Thomas Walthen purchases the assets
of S-H to form Glasair LLC - GlaStar LLC.
